Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy is that unfortunately due to the nature of the product once the order has shipped and a tracking number has been sent we cannot issue a refund or exchange. If order has not been shipped it takes 3-4 business days to refund.

As well, we do not issue a refund to a customer that claims that their order has not been received, as we have proof that the package has been delivered, as a signature confirmation has proven delivery through the tracking number that was issued to the customer at the time of shipping.
